The central climate control was a bit inconvenient but understandable for a historic building. The service was top-notch, with staff speaking excellent English and being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was superb, in the center of the city near public transport and bustling streets. The dining experience, although good, fell slightly short of the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The facilities were great overall.
